Since 2010, I have taught GCSE English in Further Education colleges and secondary schools in Brighton, as well as tutoring privately. In 2025, when working as a 1-2-1 English tutor at Blatchington Mill school, 79% of students who attended my lessons passed their GCSEs. My degree is in English Literature and Creative Writing, because I believe that writing creatively should attract the same weight as analytical and discursive writing.
