GCSE/A-Level Psychology tutor, Psychology graduate and Pastoral Leader, improving confidence, understanding and exam prep

I am a Psychology graduate and experienced Pastoral Year Leader with over 12 years of supporting children and young people across education and care settings. I specialise in working with GCSE and A-Level students, providing structured and supportive tutoring that builds both understanding and confidence.

My approach is calm, clear and student-centred. I focus on breaking down complex topics such as research methods, memory, attachment and social influence, while also developing strong exam technique, including application skills and 16-mark essay writing. Alongside subject knowledge, I support students with motivation, organisation and managing exam stress.

I have strong skills in communication, active listening and adapting my teaching to suit individual needs. I build positive relationships quickly, helping students feel comfortable and capable.

My goal is to help students feel confident, prepared and able to achieve their full potential in Psychology.
