Learn Spanish your way. Individual lessons built around your priorities, your pace and your schedule

I am very pleased to provide this reference for Montse, who has demonstrated a strong commitment to teaching Spanish and supporting me with my learning of Spanish. Montse is a dedicated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable teacher, who creates a positive and engaging learning environment. She has a real ability to explain language concepts clearly, and provides encouragement and student participation, to develop students’ confidence in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding Spanish. Also, it is a lot fun and i really enjoy the lessons. Her passion for the Spanish language and culture helps make lessons interesting, meaningful, and enjoyable. She is committed to helping students achieve their potential and fostering an appreciation of the Spanish language and culture.

Montse has been tutoring me for years now, helping me from having barely any knowledge of Spanish to As in my GCSE’s and A levels. Montse is very calm, patient and knowledgeable in her skills I never feel nervous in any sessions with her, thanks to her I feel confident in having a full conversation in Spanish over a wide variety of topics. I truly recommend her for all your Spanish needs no matter what they may be or what your level is. ¡Muchísimas gracias Montse!

Montse provides a range of audio and printed materials. Informative on culture. All in a friendly and informal way. Has massively increased my confidence and ability to speak when holidaying in Spain.

Montse has a lovely teaching style and her classes are always fun and relaxed. Her lessons cover every aspect of Spanish life and I’ve found them invaluable when I’ve travelled in Spain. She’s always willing to help with extra tuition and information over and above her regular lessons. Highly recommend.

Montse is an excellent teacher and I always thoroughly enjoy my lessons with her as she makes them so interesting, fun and engaging and has lots of really great resources that really help with learning. I have been having regular lessons with Montse for over 2 years now and my Spanish has improved so much, particularly my confidence when speaking Spanish. Recently we have been working on pronunciation which has been so helpful. Montse really listens to you and tailors her lessons to your individual needs. Montse is an amazing teacher who will give you confidence and inspire you to keep learning and speaking Spanish, whatever your current level of Spanish is. She is kind and patient and always makes her lessons fun and interesting. I would thoroughly recommend having Spanish lessons with Montse.

I am glad I have the chance to review Montse as a tutor. I've tried Spanish lessons with several tutors and was ready to give up as I wasn't progressing and didn't feel my needs were met. I was recommended Montse and thought I would try one last time and I am so glad I did. She has adapted the lessons to me and my learning style. This last year I have progressed a lot and can now hold a conversation. Not perfectly but it's more than I've ever been able to do. I can't praise Montse enough for how she has helped me. It's amazing to feel confident in another language. Her lessons are fun and engaging. She knows my interests and has shaped the lessons around them meaning I'm more likely to remember. Others have made me feel like I was in school with a set curriculum, learning things I don't care for. I would recommend Montse as a tutor to anyone. She is incredible, kind and a really fun person to learn with. Thank you for getting me this far and I look forward to to what else I can learn

I have been learning Spanish in a group lesson for nearly a year now and I can honestly say I love it! I was a complete beginner to Spanish but I love the way Mon always makes our lessons fun and relevant, even when we rock up with questions she’s not expecting. She has a way of keeping us on track and explaining things in a way that makes them (well most of them!) stick. My lessons are the highlight of my week and I really look forward to them. Our little group are looking at going to Spain to put what we’ve learnt into practice which will be fun, if a little daunting! I cannot recommend Mon enough, she’s fab. Muchas gracias Mon x

I’ve been having Spanish lessons with Mon once a week since last October, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I have to admit, my brain doesn’t seem naturally wired for languages, but Mon has an amazing way of making every lesson fun, relaxed and something I genuinely look forward to. She is incredibly patient and encouraging, and somehow always makes me feel like I’m making progress even when I’m struggling to get my head around something. After less than a year, I’m amazed at how much Spanish I know compared with when I started. A huge part of that is down to Mon’s teaching style and the confidence she has given me. Her lesson is the highlight of my week, and I hate having to miss one! If you’re thinking about learning Spanish, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mon. She makes learning a language feel enjoyable rather than daunting, and I always finish our lessons feeling happier and more confident than when I started. Thank you Mon, you’re amazing ?? ??
