Highly Experienced Primary School Teacher (28 years) teaches maths to children aged 4 to 11

I am a qualified teacher with an Enhanced DBS certificate and up to date safeguarding and pediatric first aid training. I am also a qualified SENCO and I have previously been a Head Teacher for 11 years. Overall,  I have 28 years of experience in Primary Education and have also led and managed a successful school nursery.

I started teaching in 1997 and have taught in all age groups from 2 to 11.

I am a member of The Tutor Association (TTA) and the Out of School Alliance.

My lessons will ideally be face to face as I feel that it is more interactive and beneficial to the child. However, I will consider online tutoring if preferred.

In My Spare Time, I enjoy lots of different activities including playing the flute, reading, watching films, playing with my Fox Red Labrador, spending time with my partner in the beautiful Devon countryside and Cornish Coastline and anything creative such as dabbling with paints, drawing, working on mosaics and Lino Printing.
