Advert description
I provide engaging, personalised lessons for GCSE, A-level, and first-year university students, with the aim of making difficult topics clear, logical, and enjoyable to learn. Whether you're preparing for exams, catching up on challenging content, or striving for top grades, every lesson is tailored to your individual goals and learning style.
I believe students learn best by understanding concepts rather than memorising them. My lessons combine clear explanations with diagrams, worked examples, exam-style questions, active recall, and spaced repetition to build long-term understanding and confidence. I also place a strong emphasis on exam technique, helping students understand how to apply their knowledge effectively under exam conditions.
As a current Applied Medical Sciences student, I have a strong academic foundation in anatomy, biology, and physiology, while also holding a Level 3 Personal Training qualification. In addition, I spent eight years as a professional footballer, allowing me to bring real-world sporting experience into lessons where relevant. By linking scientific theory to practical examples from sport, exercise, and health, I help students develop a deeper and more memorable understanding of the subject.
Whether I'm teaching GCSE Biology and Maths, A-level Biology, first-year university Anatomy, Football, or Personal Training, my priority is creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and challenging themselves. My goal is not only to improve grades but also to build confidence, develop effective study habits, and help every student reach their full potential.
