Julia is a fantastic teacher and gives you motivation, guidance and support throughout her teaching. Julia explains concepts clearly and patiently. Her lessons are well-organized and easy to follow, making even difficult topics understandable. She encourages questions and ensures every student feels confident before moving on. Her teaching style is engaging, supportive, and effective. I’ve learned a lot and truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism.

Exceptionally supportive and enthusiastic tutor, she used a wide range of teaching methods to suit all learning styles in lessons, which were engaging, whilst on the adults access to health professions course. Julia was my biology tutor in an access to health studies course. Julia has a true passion for biology which makes her lessons interesting and engaging. She has amazing knowledge and her way of teaching really gets the best out of you. She is very motivational and helps you bring out strengths in yourself you never knew you had. It is because of Tutors like Julia I was able to peruse a new career. Every lesson taught is still relevant in the job I do today. I would never have been able to achieve a university degree if it wasn’t for the foundations I had made in the access to health course with Julia.

She was my teacher, very understanding, easy to talk with, always on time, I am very grateful and if it was not for her I wouldn't be where I am today, thank you Julia.

Julia was honestly one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She really knew her stuff when it came to biology and was always happy to help no matter what. What stood out the most was how much effort she put in, she always went the extra mile, especially when it came to helping us revise for exams. You could tell that if we didn’t get a topic she would go over it again until everyone understood it. It meant a lot to her that we actually learned and felt confident about the subject. She wasn’t just there to lecture us, she genuinely cared. She was fair supportive and made sure everyone was included. Thanks to her I felt really prepared for further studies. We were often ahead of other students because of how well she taught us. I left her class with so much knowledge and confidence and I’m genuinely grateful for everything she did for us

Julia was my tutor for my access to nursing course and to say she was fantastic is an understatement! Everything was always so well explained and adapted to different learning styles. Julia was patient and always willing to explain further. After my course I went on to study my degree, and often found myself going back to notes I had written during my time studying with Julia, I can honestly say nobody has ever taught me anatomy and physiology like she did! I credit so much of my knowledge down to Julia and would highly recommend her to anyone!
