I teach Hatha/ Vinyasa yoga for all levels, from beginners with little or no experience, to those with more advanced abilities. It is a physically inclusive class, as long as you can get up and down from the mat (modifications are offered depending on
whether more or less physical challenges are appropriate for individuals).
A typical class will include pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (postures and flow), guided meditation and, most importantly, fun!
