Hi. I am a professional life coach with over 18 years experience in successfully helping support individuals of different age groups and backgrounds feel empowered and move forward positively.

I do this online using a coaching model which lasts 6 weeks and involves 1 hour per week of online sessions. We can discuss what works best for you.

I can help you with confidence, motivation, goal achievement, initiative, assertiveness and mental health.

We are all different and our experience of daily life and the challenges it presents can often be difficult to address.

I will never judge or assume. I will listen to you and work with you to assist moving you forward to where it is you want to be.

If you don't know where that is and how to get there then no problem! We will work together and move towards it.

I understand that it can be frustrating and upsetting and confusing when you feel you don't know what is going on and how you can make things better.

We don't tend to write down in our calendars " I will feel lost and confused on 1 July 2024"!
