I help people of all ages learn to develop their own personal capabilities, and to manage and lead others.

I work both face to face and virtually. I always work to get the learners to interact rather than be a passive 'audience'. As a result, this is most effective in smaller groups of up to 15. I use a range of methods to achieve this interaction and depth of knowledge and capacity: ~ Socratic questioning, ~challenging debate, ~experiential learning, ~reflective learning, ~ peer coaching, ~scenario analysis ~and the much loved role-play. I work as effectively with young adults early in their careers as with mature individuals who bring their experience to the class. I avoid 'handouts' - encouraging learners to make their own takeaways.
