I'm a friendly, reliable and passionate English tutor my lessons would be aimed at GCSE, A Level, adult learners and SEN

I tailor each lesson to the student's goals, whether they need support with KS2 or KS3 English, GCSE or A Level English Language or Literature, essay writing, reading comprehension, grammar, spelling, creative writing, exam preparation, or improving their overall confidence. I break complex topics into manageable steps, using clear explanations, interactive activities, and regular feedback to ensure students fully understand each concept before moving on. My teaching style is friendly, encouraging, and supportive. I create a relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing their skills without pressure. Together, we set achievable goals, monitor progress, and celebrate success along the way. Alongside my classroom experience, I am currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, allowing me to combine up-to-date subject knowledge with practical teaching experience. My aim is not only to help students achieve better grades but also to develop a genuine enjoyment of English and the confidence to succeed both in school and beyond.
