Every student will love and enjoy math by my teaching

I have targets to achieve little goals everyday as computer game like they will be treated as classmate of mine.They will be out of fear to say everything of theirs and I will use handy math to overcome boredom and by bending my head from north to south (though they are out of beauty of mathematical proofs) to see they are gaining confidence and they will show brilliantly their works in math as surprise to me. Please note- I don't want to work as paid option. By advice of DfE I want to teach just to help for being shortage of math teachers in our UK. Here was a option to write £9/hr,otherwise the system won't proceed .But it will be £0/hr. If really the children need me and you think it would be helpful,please inform.
