Online 11+ Tutor | Maths, Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning | UCL Graduate

Hi, I’m Kevin, a professional tutor and First Class Statistics graduate from University College London (UCL), with several years of tutoring experience.

I offer online 11+ preparation in Mathematics, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s current level, confidence and target schools. I focus on helping students recognise common question types, develop reliable problem-solving methods and approach unfamiliar questions in a calm, logical way.

Depending on the student, lessons can cover:

• Timed practice and exam technique
• Practice papers and targeted revision

I aim to keep lessons positive, interactive and appropriately challenging. I regularly ask students to explain their reasoning so I can identify misunderstandings quickly and help them become more independent problem-solvers.

Alongside my 11+ tutoring experience, I currently work professionally as an online GCSE Maths tutor and have taught more than 200 students overall through small-group and one-to-one tuition.

Academically, I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths, an A* in A-Level Mathematics and an A in Further Mathematics before completing a First Class BSc in Statistics at UCL.

Lessons are delivered fully online using screen sharing, digital resources and interactive questioning.
