I provide affordable private maths lessons for GCSE and A level (or equivalent) students

I absolutely love teaching, and so I am happy to facilitate any goal that my students have, whether that is to pass their GCSE, or even to get an A* at A Level. My teaching style is problem-focused, as this is one of the most proactive ways for students to learn. A typical session would involve worked examples, and then "your turn" questions where I closesly monitor your work, and give you detailed feedback. I always like to do a short quiz at the start of a session, to supplement memory (especially necessary for formulas or rules). Over time, the combination of memory work, problem solving and active feedback will improve your maths and allow you to achieve your goals.
