Online Grade 9 GCSE English Language and Literature tutor offering essay feedback

I offer online GCSE English Language and English Literature support for students who want clearer essay structure, stronger analysis and better exam technique. I specialise in AQA GCSE English Language and Literature, but I can also support students using similar skills across other exam boards.

I achieved grade 9s in both GCSE English Language and GCSE English Literature, including in mocks and final GCSEs. I also wrote grade 9 GCSE English Language and Literature notes that were approved by my school’s English department for use in class.

Lessons can focus on essay planning, paragraph structure, quotation analysis, unseen texts, creative writing, transactional writing, timing, or improving previous answers. I focus on making mark schemes understandable by showing students what the question is really asking, where marks are being lost, and how to build stronger answers.

I can also provide written feedback on GCSE English work, including paragraphs, essays and full-paper responses. My aim is to help students write more confidently, accurately and strategically under exam conditions.
