Advert description
I am an excellent teacher of emotional intelligence because I have lived it in the most demanding environments imaginable. I have sat with families in their darkest moments, navigated ethical dilemmas, de-escalated crises, and supported healthcare staff through moral distress and burnout. These experiences have taught me—in a deeply embodied way—how to recognize, understand, and regulate my own emotions while holding space for others. I don't just teach emotional intelligence from a textbook; I teach it from thousands of real conversations where empathy, self-awareness, and emotional regulation were not optional but essential. I bridge theory and practice for learners from all backgrounds. I create learning environments that are warm, safe, and practical—where people can explore their emotional patterns without judgment, develop concrete skills they can apply immediately, and build the resilience needed to thrive in high-stress, people-facing roles. I am also a natural educator, having designed and delivered curricula for adult learners, new employees and ethics team members, and lectured on boundaries, communication, and self-care for a variety of healthcare workers and students. My approach is inclusive, trauma-informed, and tailored to each learner's context—meeting people where they are and helping them grow into emotionally intelligent leaders and caregivers.
