English, Spanish, French, Italian KS4 & KS3 Maths Tutor

I am an experienced tutor offering lessons in English, Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish, French, and Italian), and Key Stage 3 Maths (Years 7–9). I support students from Year 7 to Year 11, helping them build confidence, improve performance, and develop strong study skills.

I have over 10 years of experience working in a secondary school as an EAL (English as an Additional Language) Coordinator. I have supported students from a wide range of linguistic backgrounds, including those with little or no English. This has given me a strong understanding of the UK curriculum and how to adapt teaching to different learning needs.

My approach focuses on breaking down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps. I specialise in simplifying language so students can fully understand the content. For beginners, I use scaffolding techniques and, where helpful, the student’s first language to support understanding and build confidence.

In English, I help students improve reading, writing, and exam techniques. In languages, I develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Spanish, French, and Italian. In Maths (Years 7–9), I support key topics such as algebra, fractions, and problem-solving.

My lessons are structured, supportive, and tailored to each student. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated to succeed.
