Offering 1:1 wellbeing support through tailored sessions online or in person. Helping students achieve their personal goals whilst helping to navigate through the teenage years. Including exam stress, low confidence, relationships, positive mindset

Advert description
My passion is supporting young people in reaching their full potential through 1:1 non judgmental coaching sessions either online or in person (locally). Whether it is low self esteem, confidence or exam stress, I am here to be a pillar of support in such an important time in a young person's life.

With over 10 years experience working with young adults, I offer a coaching and mentoring service to help set and achieve goals. Some of the issues I support young people with include low self esteem, confidence, exam stress, relationship breakdowns, low level anxiety and many more.

Natalie, my progress mentor at college, was genuinely one of the nicest and kindest people I had the pleasure of being supported by. She was always approachable, understanding, and willing to listen, which made a huge difference during my time at college. Natalie created a safe and encouraging environment where I felt comfortable talking openly, and she consistently showed care, patience, and positivity in everything she did. Her support went beyond just academics — she truly wanted the best for her students and always took the time to check in and offer reassurance. I’m really grateful for everything she did for me and loved our chats.

I felt so comfortable and happy to express myself in Natalie’s lessons, if I ever had a problem she’s the first person I would go to! She helped in every way she could and always puts her students first! Nothing was ever too big for her to handle and she smashed it everytime! I couldn’t thank her enough

Natalie was my progress mentor at college for two years, she was the best support anyone could ask for! Natalie is so approachable and will always make time to listen to you, no matter how big/small. I found my time at college really difficult and without Natalie’s support I wouldn’t be where I am today, I cannot recommend her enough!!
