As a Mental Health and Well-being Coach and Life Coach, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore challenges, identify goals, and develop practical strategies to improve their overall well-being. Sessions are client-centred, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and circumstances.

A typical session begins with a check-in to discuss current thoughts, feelings, progress, and any challenges experienced since the previous session. Together, we will identify priorities for the session and work towards achievable goals. Sessions focus on building self-awareness, resilience, confidence, and positive coping strategies while encouraging personal growth and accountability.

I draw upon a range of evidence-informed approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, Solution-Focused Coaching, Positive Psychology, and Strengths-Based Practice. These models help clients recognise unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier perspectives, and focus on practical solutions and future aspirations.

Throughout the coaching process, clients are encouraged to reflect, set meaningful goals, and take actionable steps towards creating lasting positive change. My role is to empower individuals to overcome obstacles, enhance their mental well-being, and build the confidence and skills needed to lead a more balanced, fulfilling, and purposeful life.
