Whether you're completely new or building on existing experience, I break everything down into clear, manageable steps so it never feels overwhelming.
Drawing on my fitness and sports-massage knowledge, I'll help you move with confidence and avoid injury, adapting each session to how you're feeling on the day. Expect a calm, encouraging space where you can build strength, flexibility and confidence and genuinely enjoy the journey.
