Effective Computing Lessons for All Levels with a First-Class Honours Graduate

Hi! I’m Tyler, a Computing graduate with First Class Honours from the University of Portsmouth, currently working in a Computing teaching environment. My aim is to make Computing easier to understand, whether you’re just starting out, struggling with a particular topic, or looking to improve your skills and confidence. I understand that technical subjects can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I take a patient, friendly and practical approach to learning. In our sessions, we’ll work at your pace. I’ll break down complicated topics into simple steps, use real-world examples, and give you opportunities to practise what you’ve learned. Whether you need help with programming in Python or Java, computer systems, networking or cybersecurity, I’ll tailor our sessions to your goals and focus on the areas where you need the most support. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and learning from them. My goal isn’t just to help you find the right answer, but to help you understand why it works, develop your problem-solving skills and become more independent. I’m looking forward to helping you build your Computing knowledge and achieve your goals!
