I teach and mentor students in english conversation and business English

Without knowing anything about you it is very difficult for me to tell you the exact content of the lessons. First and foremost I need to find out about you - what are your learning needs? What level is your current level of English? What you are interested in? What are your goals? What is your preferred learning style?

When I have obtained this information, I can then devise a bespoke learning programme in order to meet those needs. People learn best when they are interested and engaged so I will endeavour to make my sessions as interesting and relevant to you as possible. I have always been very inclusive in my approach and I will involve you in creating your bespoke course

I am friendly and encouraging - I know how hard it is to learn a new language, but I am also professional and reliable, and will want to encourage you to stretch yourself.

I have a number of years experience delivering face to face mentoring and training for my staff in the social care sector, including induction, introduction to mental health issues, policy and procedure, support planning and risk assessent. I have always believed the best approach is to be open and friendly in order to build a positive learning environment with my learners, and to give accurate and constructive feedback.
