I’ve got experience in mentoring, coaching and tutoring before so have refined my style and process but I also understand that each individual requires slightly different approaches to succeed. I find building a good rapport and finding how the student learns best is the ideal place to start and begin to cater sessions towards that. Striking a balance between working on strengths and bringing up weaknesses to create well rounded students who can still excel in their areas but feel more confident in those they previously struggled with.
