The moment a student goes from uncertain and confused to having a lightbulb moment is definitely the most inspiring part of teaching for me. I have about 2 years tutoring both privately and through a tutoring center and have been blessed with many of these moments. I help students understand in order to build strong foundations and intuitions by guiding them to the answer. This way they feel ownership of the knowledge and can be more confident applying it on their own.
