I’ve worked in an ice rink for around 3 months, dealing with difficult customers. I learned how to communicate well and how to escalate any queries the customers may have had. It was challenging during peak hours to serve all customers but I managed to do so with good time management. I also worked as a teaching assistant at Kumon for three years. I learned how to communicate with children with ASD and many other difficulties.
