Kwen Lin Lin

I have been tutoring for 5 years and have experience with all levels and ages. I approach the lesson in a less intimidating way than standard lessons, so the student feels more comfortable to ask me questions and any problems they have. I usually start by identifying any weak areas and then spending the majority of the time covering the content for these areas before looking at questions afterwards. I set a small piece of homework after each lesson to ensure the student has fully understood what we have covered during the lesson.

I've helped students go from grade C to A in 3 months and seen their improvement over the time I have taught them.

I also teach competition math such as the UKMT and olympiads. I also provide education consulting for international students, and assist with their applications to University through UCAS and provide references when necessary.

In my free time, I enjoy playing piano and weight lifting. I've also started making short videos on my experiences in other countries and I also enjoy photography.
