I teach face to face hatha yoga for health. I am available for one-one or small groups up to five

I have practised yoga since the age of 16 years and hase been my daily support and inspiration.

I have been teaching for 25 years in sports centres, residential homes, various halls and community centres. I now have a private comfortable and quiet studio at home.

My approach is based on the breath, relaxation, asanas (postures) meditation. I use a combination of gentle and classical yoga.

I have trained at Yoga for Health and with FRYOG (friends of yoga) linked to the Bihar school in India.

I have had yoga teacher training for four years followed by a yoga pilgrinage of three weeks in South India.

I have also traibed in Shakti dance, the yoga of dance. This is a combibation of yoga, dance, relaxation and meditation with spiritual music.
