I am a qualified empowerment life coach who's coaching approach gives student confidence in their own abilities during challenging times. I teach students how to self reflect on their life situation with compassion and honesty. I encourage focused attention on what's going on in the present moment and use open questions to gain understanding of what's really happening beneath the surface. I give students the opportunity to see themselves with clarity and set goals that truly reflect their intentions. I hold students accountable for their own work by checking in regularly to offer support and guidance.
