Sessions are relaxed, conversational, and completely judgement-free. There’s no pressure, no rigid structure, just an honest, supportive space where you can talk openly. We’ll work through your goals, motivations, and challenges at your own pace. Together we’ll also build your very own personalised workbook, designed around you, your ambitions, and your lifestyle. This could cover areas such as time management, workload planning, mindset, and goal tracking, giving you something practical and meaningful to refer back to and keep you on track between sessions.
I work with a wide range of students, adults returning to education, secondary school students navigating the pressure of GCSEs and A-levels, undergraduates finding their feet, and postgraduates managing the demands of advanced study. Whatever stage you’re at, student life can feel isolating, stressful, and hard to navigate alone.
I know that firsthand. Having been through student life myself, I genuinely wish I’d had someone in my corner, someone to talk to, help me set goals, and remind me of my potential. That experience is exactly what drives my passion for this work.
