History tutor to any stage of education

My name is Christopher Marlow and I am a history tutor who has achieved a 2:1 in History from Lancaster Univerity, an A at A-level, and an 8 at GCSE. My academic journey has enriched my understanding of historical events and the application of history to exams. I can tutor at any level stage of history education and can ensure high achieving grades.

I understand that markers for history love to see the analysis and application of historical knowledge which I believe I can effectively and efficiently teach students in order to improve their grades. Whilst also teaching the necessary historical detail, I can help provide revision techniques as well as exam techniques that ensure a student will reach the next level.

From my previous experience as a teaching assistant in primary, secondary, and university, I know how to engage students and push them to unlock their potential. I know what examiners are looking for, and I can make sure that students tick all their boxes.
