Friendly Psychology tutor offering lessons in Newcastle and online to GCSE-postgrad students, with an A* A-Level, 2:1 BSc, and MSc

I achieved an A* in A-Level Psychology and 2:1 degrees from Durham University and the University of Edinburgh, giving me experience of studying Psychology from school through to masters level. Throughout my studies, I have developed effective techniques for understanding and remembering complex topics, which I now use to support others. I’ll begin by understanding each student’s goals, strengths and areas they would most like to work on. I’ll then tailor lessons to their pace, level and learning style, breaking down complex concepts into clear and engaging explanations. I’ll use discussion, examples, practice questions and active recall to strengthen understanding, exam technique and confidence. Most importantly, I take a patient, supportive and nurturing approach, creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and working through areas they find challenging.
