I have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication and have been associated with the IT industry for past 15+ years now. As a result of various roles that I have played in my career so far, I have dealt with stakeholders from various countries where English is not the 1st language. Hence, I am well versed with the methods that needs to be applied to make them understand the language in a simple and yet enjoyable way.
