I am an enthusiastic, intrinsically motivated and passionate orator and writer in the Queens language

I have a wide range of experience as a practicing teacher and online tutor to students in English mathematic departments in Kenya Secondary and tertiary schools. I have a honor degree in Education from Kenyatta University. I boast of experience in writing and oratory skill. i hereby submit my application on the basis of my great interest in the subject matter above. I am a strong willed passionate and self-motivated individual. My personal take on the above subject comes with great expectation and anticipation to learn and also practice what I have leant. My desire is to grow in experience through a challenging and inspiriting environment. Given a chance I will demonstrate my natural leadership, learn skills, and acquire training in management.
Due to my personality, one of my outstanding qualities and hobbies is socialization and communication. I naturally ], freely and in the friendliest way make friends of all walks. As a result, I am really interested in the above role since I will spend more time doing what I love. I am a believer of problem solving than blames and excuses. Enquiry handling is a problem-solving activity. Part of my precious roles and responsibilities was human resource management. This gave me a platform to freely interact and deal with issues affecting the clients. I have previously demonstrated high competency in leadership and decision making. This is nothing new to enquiry.
I have learnt over time that the most successful and inspiring leaders and scholars have possess two great qualities; smile and silence. A good listener will always attract masses. Enquiry to the best of my knowledge shall involve politely and courteously questioning to get relevant information as well as articulately relaying information when needed. This comes with a level of understanding and confidentiality. By virtual of working previously with students I have developed an art of listening to solve not judge. I have also learnt the art of being a solution not a problem.
Owing to my strong-willed sanguine personality, talking id my thing. However, I am always careful to communicate and not just talk. It’s one thing to talk but another thing to communicate. I have learnt that institutions and vision rise and falls of leadership. However, leadership is not effective for as long as a leader cannot communicate their vision.
