hello my name is Laura i am qualified in hatha and vinyasa. finding safety in poses is my priority and helping you breathe easily and find peace in practice as well as helping create length in your spine through patience and breathwork. I am about to also qualify in sound healing restore and yin too where we go deeper with the breathwork.

My passion is to give you the confidence to not need to look at your teacher and conduct each pose with knowledge of exactly where your body placement should be and with a steadier breathe.
