I am a fully qualified primary teacher registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS), offering tutoring in Numeracy and Literacy for primary-aged pupils.

I have experience teaching across a range of stages within primary education and focus on helping learners build confidence while strengthening core skills. In numeracy, I support pupils in developing strong foundational concepts and effective strategies to approach problem solving and self efficacy.

I also provide support in literacy, including reading, writing, spelling and comprehension. I have experience working with pupils with Additional Support Needs (ASN), including an awareness of and practical strategies for supporting learners with dyslexia. My approach is patient, supportive and tailored to each child’s individual needs to help them make steady progress and enjoy their learning.

My lessons would be designed to reinforce school learning, address gaps in understanding and build confidence in a positive and encouraging environment. I will build a lesson pack based on your child’s needs.
