I am a patient, friendly and supportive tutor with strong communication and organisational skills. I have experience working with children through my childminding setting and as a Cover Supervisor in schools, which has helped me develop strong classroom-management skills and an understanding of different learning needs.

I am confident in explaining concepts clearly, breaking difficult topics into simple steps and encouraging children to ask questions. I am particularly interested in supporting primary-aged children with Maths, English and 11+ preparation. I adapt my teaching to each child’s ability, pace and confidence level, using positive encouragement and regular practice to help them make progress.

My key strengths are patience, reliability, adaptability and the ability to build positive relationships with children. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where children feel comfortable, motivated and confident in their abilities.
