Grade 9 GCSE Maths Tutor Offering Clear, Personalised Lessons for Foundation and Higher

I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths and am predicted A*s in both A-level Maths and Further Maths. As a recent GCSE student, I understand the challenges pupils face—from mastering difficult topics to managing time and avoiding costly mistakes in exams.

My lessons are friendly, patient and tailored to each student’s current level, target grade and exam board. I begin by identifying gaps in understanding, explain concepts clearly using step-by-step examples, and then build confidence through carefully chosen practice and past-paper questions. Rather than simply showing an answer, I help students understand the reasoning and develop a method they can apply independently.

I can support Foundation and Higher students, whether they need to rebuild their confidence and core skills or are aiming for the highest grades. Lessons can focus on particular topics, schoolwork, revision or exam technique. Students will receive clear feedback on their mistakes and practical guidance on what to improve next.

Having completed GCSE Maths relatively recently, I can relate to students and explain ideas in a straightforward, approachable way while maintaining high academic standards.
