I was born in the UK and lived in India for 5 years, where I became a Hatha Yoga Teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance (200 Hr.) I am currently based in Nottingham and am enthusiastic to share yogic teachings as I believe they can transform our physical, spiritual and mental health. I wish to make yoga accessible to everyone in my classes. I, therefore, offer yoga for kids, adults and senior citizens and will tailor the sessions to your individual needs.
