I have a strong foundation in education and communication, supported by my ongoing BSc in Education at the University of Manchester. My academic background, combined with my earlier studies in Health and Social Care, has given me a solid understanding of how people learn, develop, and communicate effectively in different settings. I have practical experience working with children, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), where I supported learning in both one-to-one and small group settings. This has helped me develop key skills such as patience, adaptability, lesson support, and the ability to explain concepts clearly. I am confident in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to individual needs. In addition, my roles as a barista and sales associate have strengthened my customer service, teamwork, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
