I’ve been teaching Biology to all grade students for a few years now, both online and in person, and I try to make the subject feel a lot less overwhelming than it usually does as biology is content heavy. Instead of just going through notes, I focus on helping students connect ideas understanding how and why things happen, not just what to write in an exam. I often use diagrams, flow-based explanations, and little memory tricks to make topics stick naturally. My lessons are quite engaging, with lots of back and forth so students stay involved. Closer to exams, we shift towards past papers and answer techniques, so students know exactly how to approach questions and express their knowledge in the right way.
