Qualified Teacher & Experienced Lecturer | Primary, Early Years, SEND & T Level Tutor

I am a qualified teacher with over 13 years’ experience working in education, including experience supporting children from Nursery through to Year 6. I have worked with children with a wide range of abilities and individual needs, including those requiring additional SEND support.

I aim to make learning enjoyable, engaging and confidence-building. Every child learns differently, so I adapt my approach to suit the individual rather than expecting them to fit one particular way of learning. Sessions can include practical activities, games, discussion and focused tasks, depending on your child’s age and needs.

I can provide support with primary English and Maths, reading and writing, homework, schoolwork and general confidence with learning. I can also offer more targeted support for children who may be struggling in a particular area or need additional help alongside what they receive at school.

Building positive relationships with children has always been one of my strengths. My priority is creating a relaxed and encouraging environment where children feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and developing their confidence.
