I have always gained a lot of satisfaction seeing others develop - this has naturally led me into various teaching & mentoring roles. The tutor-tutee relationship is one I treat with a lot of respect, and one which I find really fulfilling! I take an individual approach with each of my students - I find it's critical to meet students where they are, and build both a baseline level of knowledge & understanding of a subject which can then be applied to examinations, coursework or to any specific interests.
