GCSE English Language, Literature and History Tutor

I have been a private tutor for 10 years. I teach GCSE and A Level students of mixed ability in English and History. I offer tuition up to A Levels. I have helped students exceed expected grades through individually tailored revision lessons, exam and essay-writing practice. I have also been involved in an educational charity (Action Tutoring) supporting pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds to excel and achieve the very best in their academic lives. As an English and History tutor, I prioritise revision sessions and exam paper practice prior to GCSEs and A Levels. I am a Cambridge-certified English Language Teacher (CELTA) and a GCSE/A-Level English and History Teacher with a high success rate.

I have tutored GCSE students from grades D-E to A*-A to help them achieve the required grades for chosen courses at college and university. I have several years of experience helping students with English Language and Literature GCSE past papers, especially with AQA and Edexcel exam boards. I am a high-achieving academic, a confident, focused, and friendly individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I have achieved great academic attainment through dedication, resilience, and long hours of studying.
