I use informal dynamic lessons based on practical fun exercises as I believe this is how people best learn breaking down barriers allowing them to explore in low pressure environments. I use a spiral curriculum to allow people to learn, revisit and add to their knowledge compounding it as time goes by thus creating deep learning and understanding. Failure is also able to be explored and adapted enabling learners to move forward without being embarrassed. It also allows for differentiation and modelling to occur live in the space and be part of the lesson experience. I can teach text analysis, scripts, creative writing to all levels. I try to find creative ways to keep learners engaged adapting as we go. I also try to take into consideration access requirements and lower barriers to learning. I’m looking forward to working with you and seeing what we can achieve together through this method.
