I am a dedicated and patient tutor with experience teaching both English and Chinese to learners of different ages and backgrounds

I have experience teaching both English and Chinese to children, teenagers, and adults, in both online and in-person settings. In particular, I have worked with international students who want to improve their Chinese, as well as adults and university students who wish to develop their English pronunciation and writing skills. I hold a teaching qualification and my academic background in Education (Master’s and PhD research) has further strengthened my understanding of language learning. My lessons are interactive and student-centred. I focus on building confidence through conversation practice, cultural content, and oral training, while also adapting lessons to suit individual goals. I am patient, encouraging, and always aim to create a supportive environment where students feel motivated to learn.
