I am proficient using Teams, Zoom and will produce my lessons using a combination of powerpoint presentations and past exam questions and online teaching resources which have been approved by other teachers. Usually, I begin by ascertaining how much a student comprehends, before tailoring the lesson to them and their precise needs. This often includes leading a low-stakes discussion where I ask them about the content, before following up with questions about where they feel their weaknesses/strengths are, which I then synthesise with my own expertise to find questions which target their weaknesses whilst providing a supportive environment for them to improve in.
