I'm an experienced youth mentor and career advisor with a background in remote coaching, CV writing, and employability support. I managed 80+ clients, delivered workshops, and led national initiatives on neurodiversity and youth development. in Ghana. I am great at communication, public speaking, and student engagement. I take a supportive and practical approach, combining active listening with structured goal-setting. Sessions will focus on building confidence, improving organisation, and developing actionable plans through conversation, exercises, and personalised guidance tailored to each student. I pride myself on getting to know the students I am helping first and foremost, and developing a strong enough relationship with them that would help me understand what they need and tailor my approach.
