Advert description
I recently achieved an A* in A-level French, giving me a very current, exam-focused understanding of what KS3 and GCSE French actually requires — the mark schemes, common mistakes, and where students typically lose marks. Studying International Social and Political Studies with French at UCL, language learning remains a large part of my day-to-day.
My lessons are built around what actually leads to progress, not just working through a textbook - this involves speaking confidence, grammar, and exam technique. Each 45-60 minute session adapts to what a student needs most, combining grammar consolidation, vocabulary building, and spoken practice, since speaking confidence is often the biggest gap at this level.
I'm patient, organised, and genuinely invested in seeing my students improve, with a clear, measurable sense of progress after every lesson. Lessons suit KS3 and GCSE students looking to build both confidence and results, whether that's exam prep or strengthening the basics.
