Tutoring Key stage 3, GCSE and A level Mathematics

I successfully completed my first year of Civil Engineering at university, where I developed strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills. I also achieved DDD* in my Level 3 Extended Diploma in Engineering. I have professional experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Apex Engineering Services, where I was responsible for preparing technical documentation, analysing numerical data, working with Excel spreadsheets and ensuring the accuracy of engineering reports. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, organisational abilities and practical application of mathematics. My engineering education has provided me with a strong foundation in algebra, trigonometry, calculus and applied mathematics. I believe these skills are particularly valuable when helping students understand mathematical concepts and their real-world applications. I aim to provide patient, supportive and engaging Maths tuition for KS3, GCSE and A-Level students. My approach would involve explaining difficult topics clearly, breaking down complex problems into manageable steps and adapting lessons to suit each student's individual learning needs. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve their mathematical understanding, strengthen their examination techniques and achieve their academic potential.
