Hi, I’m Anna — a fully qualified Maths teacher with a first-class degree in Mathematics with Education. I’m currently second in department at the school I work in.

I specialise in GCSE and A-Level Maths (Edexcel mainly but familiar with other boards too), supporting students to not only improve their grades but truly understand the “why” behind the maths. My students often come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lacking confidence — and through clear explanations, structured lessons, and consistent support, I help them turn that around.

Over the years, I’ve helped students make significant progress. I have experience working with a wide range of abilities, from those needing to secure the basics to high-achieving students aiming for top grades.

My teaching style is calm, patient, and highly personalised. I tailor every lesson to the individual student, identifying gaps in knowledge and addressing them step-by-step. I also focus on exam technique, problem-solving skills, and building long-term confidence — not just short-term results.

Lessons are interactive and structured, using digital tools to ensure students can clearly see and follow each step of the working. I also provide targeted practice and support outside of lessons where needed.
