With 10 years’ experience supporting primary, secondary and university students, I specialise in helping young people build confidence, focus and resilience. My background combines behavioural coaching, motivational interviewing and evidence-based habit formation, alongside years of experience designing wellbeing and performance programmes for large student communities.
Sessions are fully personalised and structured around each student’s goals. I help students break overwhelming tasks into manageable steps, strengthen time management and study strategies, improve organisation, and develop a calmer, more confident mindset toward learning. For younger students, I work closely with parents to reinforce positive routines and build independence. For older students, I focus on motivation, stress management and long-term self-leadership skills.
I bring 10 years’ experience supporting young people, accredited coaching training, and formal safeguarding qualifications.
